Minor Psychic Power

By taking a standard action to touch a creature or object, you gain a +4 insight bonus to your next check to identify the creature, your next check to recall knowledge about the creature or the object, or your next Sense Motive check against the creature. To touch an unwilling creature, you must succeed at a melee attack roll against that creature’s EAC. If you already possess this ability, you can use it in combat as a move action.
