You implant a devastating trap into a computer, causing it to overload when operated. The next time a creature attempts to operate the computer, the interface shocks a 30-foot-radius spread, dealing 10d10 electricity damage to all creatures in the area, stunning them, and knocking them prone. Affected creatures can reduce the damage by half and negate the stun and prone effects with a successful Reflex save. This effect causes no damage to the computer system.
Rather than target a computer, you can instead target one of the computer’s modules that you can access. When you do so, the shock triggers only when someone attempts to interact with that module, rather than when someone operates the computer.
A creature can spot and attempt to disable this spell’s effect without triggering it as though it were a trap with a Perception DC of 45 and a Disable DC of 40 that requires a Computers or Mysticism check.
