As a standard action, you can access the index of the encyclopedia to locate a page that describes a common or uncommon (at the GM’s discretion) magical spell, creature, or item, granting you a +4 circumstance modifier to your next Mysticism check to identify that magical creature, item, or spell within 1 minute.
