This charcoal-colored cloak is relatively nondescript at first glance, but it is comprised of thousands of tiny feathers woven together in an intricate pattern, giving it a light, thin appearance. As a reaction when you fall more than 5 feet, you can activate the cloak, causing it to expand and become rigid. The cloak grants you an extraordinary fly speed of 30 feet with clumsy maneuverability; you can’t use this fly speed to fly upward and must move at least 5 feet downward each time you move. Each turn you don’t move, you automatically descend 5 feet.
