You can optimize your weapons to bypass part of your target’s resistances. When you hit with a weapon that does energy damage, if your attack does not already overcome the target’s energy resistance, you can spend 1 Resolve point to treat the target’s energy resistances as though they were each 5 lower. At 14th level, treat the target’s energy resistances as 10 lower, and at 18th level, treat the target’s energy resistances as 15 lower.
