Twice per day, you can affect the rate of entropic decay to make time pass more slowly for your enemies. As a standard action, you can project an entropic wave in a 30-foot cone. You choose which creatures in the cone are affected and which ones aren’t. Each affected target must succeed at a Fortitude save or be affected by slow for a number of rounds equal to your vanguard level, with targets that succeed at their saving throws still being affected for 1 round. Your caster level for this effect is equal to your vanguard level.
