Sleight of Hand 5 ranks

When you draw a hidden one-handed melee weapon with light bulk, you can attempt to do so secretly with a Sleight of Hand check opposed by your target’s Perception. If you succeed, your target is flat-footed against the next attack made with that weapon. If you do not attack immediately, your opponent receives an additional Perception check at the start of each of their turns against your original Sleight of Hand result with a +2 bonus. If they succeed, you lose any advantage granted by this feat.
