You can redirect the energies surrounding an opponent and cause them to stop their actions. As a reaction after hitting an opponent with a weapon with the technological subtype, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to attempt to stun your target. The target must succeed at a Fortitude save or be stunned until the start of your next turn.
